Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has filed a memo which reads as under: "The Respondent No.1 humbly submits as follows: That in the above Petition, the term of the Petitioner Managing Committee is expired on 04-07-2022 as such, nothing survives in this Petition. Hence, the Respondent No.1 prays this Hon'ble Court may dismiss the above Petition, with direction to Respondent No.2 hereby to hold election to the Managing Committee of the Wakf Institution, as per the order passed by the Karnataka Wakf Tribunal in Application No.12/2019, in the interest of Justice and Equity." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50260 CRP No. 217 of 2022 2.
