This petition was filed questioning the order dated 15.09.1990 whereby services of the petitioner were terminated taking his appointed to be temporary on account of confirmation of the then Chakbandi Karta. This Court entertained the petition and granted interim protection to the petitioner on 25.10.2019 staying the effect and operation of the order dated 15.09.1990 till further orders. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this petition, petitioner's services came to be regularised and he was resultantly offered regular pay scale and upon being superannuated on 31.05.2025 he has been conferred upon with all the post retirement dues as admissible to regular member of service of establishment. Instructions that are placed today also acknowledge this fact that on 22.07.2025 entire dues have been directed to be paid to the petitioner. 4. In view of the above therefore, it would be taken that the order terminating the services of the petitioner taking him to be a temporary employee dated 22.09.1990 lost its relevance and significance. Taking note of this fact that the petitioner has been regularised in service and has been paid entire retirement dues, this matter is consigned to records as infructuous matter.
