Aggrieved by the order dated 17.10.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in allowing Writ Petition No.28979 of 2018 while directing to implement the recommendation of the DPC, the respondent therein is in appeal. It is presently submitted that in terms of the order dated 17.10.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge, the said exercise was completed and the recommendation of the DPC was implemented and thereafter the repercussions therein have been challenged in various writ petitions. Under these circumstances, nothing further survives for consideration in this appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed off. Pending interlocutory applications are disposed off.
