Case No. 45 of 2024, S.T. No.255 of 2024, for the offence registered under Section 103(1) of B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla. On 19.10.2024 at about 8:00 p.m., petitioner is alleged to have given hoe blow to his mother, due to which, she succumbed to her injuries. Petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased.
