It is the contention of the petitioner that the Execution Court had already issued direction to the third respondent to provide necessary police protection to execute the delivery warrant issued by the XXIII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Allikulam, Chennai. Despite the same, the third respondent has not given police protection. Hence, the present petition for the aforesaid relief. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that due to want of strength, they are not in a position to give police protection and now they are prepared to give protection whenever requested by the Bailiff of the Court. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP Crl. In such view of the matter, whenever, a request has been made by the bailiff of the Court, it is the duty of the respondents to grant necessary police protection to execute the warrant issued by this Court. 5.
