The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to open the service register in the name of the employees of the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52123 WP No. 20499 of 2023 petitioner's union and also to cover them under the pension scheme and to consider the representations dated 01.07.2023 vide Annexures-C and C1. 2. Brief facts leading rise to the filing of this writ petition are as follows: 3. The petitioner submitted the representations to the respondents with a prayer to open the service register and bring them under the pension scheme. The respondents have not passed any order on the representations submitted by the petitioner vide Annexures C and C1. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, if reasonable time is granted, the respondents will consider the representation vide Annexures C and C1 and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52123 WP No. 20499 of 2023 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following order: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. ii. The respondents are directed to consider the representations vide Annexures C and C-1 and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. iii.
