The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s): “for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite Patna High Court MJC No.4123 of 2025(3) dt.18-08-2026 2/2 parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 15.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 10506 of 2024.” 3. The present status of CWJC No. 10506 of 2024 is that the concerned Court (Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anjani Kumar Sharan, as his Lordship then was) on 27.03.2025 issued notice to the respondent nos. 9 and 10, the Mukhiya, Panchayat Raj Sartha, Chandi, Nalanda as also the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj Sartha, Chandi, Nalanda. 4. Learned State Counsel submits that the District Eduction Officer (Establishment), Nalanda already instructed the aforesaid two respondent nos. 9 and 10 to act as per the order passed by the Hon’ble Court on 13.06.2024. 5. Since the notices have already been issued to the respondent nos. 9 and 10 and the petitioner will have ample opportunity to agitate the matter once they appear in the said writ petition, granting liberty to file fresh petition with all the documents/averments in case they need so, MJC No. 4123 of 2025 is disposed of.
