He fears a 2. and a significant contributor to the 5 potential catastrophe if safety norms are not enforced and made a representation on 03.02.2025 to the respondents regarding safety concerns structural cracks, lack of fire safety measures, and inadequate arrangements for the ingress and egress of worshippers at the 5^^ respondent institution. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the petitioner i.e.. has filed the present writ petition. 3. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for Municipality- respondent No.3, has furnished a copy of instructions vide Roc.No.245/2024/G1, dated 19.02.2025, wherein it is stated that though the petitioner has submitted a representation on 03.02.2025, it is not enclosed by any documentary evidence in support of the complaint except a few photographs duly disclosing slab leakage and roof beam cracks and it is further stated that the 3'^ respondent office is in process of calling for all the necessary statutory documents related to building plan approvals, Fire NOC, Structural Stability Certificate, etc., for verification from the CSI Centenary Church authorities at Nandyal and action will be initiated as per the rules in force after examining the said documents. In view of the said instructions, this Court is of the opinion that there shall be a direction to the 3'^ respondent to conduct an enquiry in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner by giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the 5^^ respondent herein and pass appropriate orders after verifying the records available with them, in accordance with law. The said process shall be completed within a period of four (04) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to 5. costs. Consequently miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in the Writ Petition, shall also stand closed.
