Sr. No. 38 Suppl. List IN THE HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR CM(3370/2025) IN WP(C) 1268/2025 MANOHAR LAL AND ORS. ...PETITIONER(S) Through: - Mr. Mohammad Altaf Khan, Advocate Vs. U.T OF J&K AND ORS. …RESPONDENT(S) Through:- CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDER 30.05.2025 1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners prompted to file this petition on the basis of information received to the effect that the Data Entry Operators (Selection Grade) falling in Class III (d) are being considered for promotion against the quota earmarked for Senior Assistants. However, learned counsel has not placed on record any such order to that effect. Unless such an order is passed and the same is found to be in violation of the Jammu & Kashmir Ministerial Staff of the Subordinate Courts (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2016, no petition can be maintained. MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 04.06.25 2. This petition, on the face of it, is premature and the same is accordingly, dismissed. We, however, leave it open to the petitioners to file a petition as and when promotions from the cadre of the Data Entry2 Operators are made to the post of Head Assistants and the petitioners are aggrieved by usurpation of their quota. (SANJAY PARIHAR) (SANJEEV KUMAR) JUDGE JUDGE Srinagar, 30.05.2025 “Mir Arif” MIR ARIF MANZOOR I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document 04.06.25
