By way of the present application, respondent No. 1-complainant has sought to release the compensation amount, which has been deposited by petitioner Vineet Singh, in this case. As per the report of Registry, a total sum of Rs. 4,75,000/- has been deposited with the Registry. In view of the no objection made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, the said amount is ordered to be released in favour of respondent No. 1-complainant Bank, by remitting the same to the bank account, particulars whereof find mentioned in para No. 7 of the application.
