2. The petition remained pending before this Court for 9 years with no effective hearing till date.
3. Today, when the petition was called out for hearing in the morning session, the learned APP requested for a passover to enable her to take appropriate instructions in the matter.
4. On the second call, the learned APP informed that after investigation, ‘C Summary’ was filed, primarily on the statement made by the informant himself that the FIR was registered due to some misunderstanding.

5. In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and accordingly, it is disposed of.
