He contends that the petitioner(s) would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the legal notice dated 12.11.2024 (Annexure P-16) followed by the reminder dated 19.05.2025 (Annexure P-17) submitted by the petitioner(s), by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. 3 Notice of motion. 4 Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and prays for some time to complete instructions and file response, if necessary.
