The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.9.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.18626/2024. 2. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: 8. For the foregoing reasons, this Court proceeds to pass the following; ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondent No.3 – Tahasildar is hereby directed to take cognizance of the Official Memorandum No.LND:SR:162:99-2000 dated 05.05.2006 as per Annexure-B and pass appropriate orders. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40181-DB CCC No. 485 of 2025 (iii) Respondent No.3 – Tahasildar shall take cognizance of the observations made by this Court supra and shall also take note of Saguvali Chit issued to the similarly placed applicants, which is evidenced at Annexure-H. (iv) This exercise shall be accomplished within a period of three months." 3. Learned counsel for the accused has handed over a memo enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 9.9.2025, whereby the complainant’s case for issuance of a saguvali chit was considered and rejected. 4.
