The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dumka (M) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 81 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. 3. On 10.11.2023, Dumka (M) Police, on the basis of confidential information, intercepted a Scorpio bearing Registration No. BR-45D-5081. On search, cable wire and other articles were recovered from the said vehicle. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was arrested at the spot and he is in custody since 11.11.2023. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and also by this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Dumka (M) P.S.
