Learned HCGP submits that if that is the case, direction may be issued to the Deputy Commissioner or his office to receive the appeal with a condition that certified copy shall be produced by the petitioner or to consider the application for dispensation of production of certified copy. 4. The submission of the learned HCGP is accepted. The writ petitioner is accordingly disposed of, directing the first respondent Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District to receive the appeal that is filed by the petitioner and afford an opportunity to the petitioner to either produce the certified copy of the impugned order or consider the application that would be filed by the petitioner for dispensation of production of the certified copy. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31915 WP No. 24602 of 2025 Ordered accordingly.
