Grade in Government Inter College, Ragar Gaon, District Tehri Garhwal. By means of this writ petition, he has sought the following relief:- “i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus Directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for joining on the post of lecturer at sugam place of posting under the relevant provisions of Section 3 (ja), 7 (gha), 10, 18 in the Uttarakhand Public servant annual transfer Act keeping his age more than 58 years of age.” 4. Learned State Counsel points out that at the time of filing of the writ petition, petitioner was 58 years of age. He thus submits that petitioner would have retired from service upon completing age of superannuation. 5. This Court does not find any reason to interfere in the matter. The petitioner had sought a writ of mandamus to transfer him to a sugam place. After attaining age of superannuation, the relief as claimed, do not survive. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
