Considering the fact that both petitioner no.1 and daughter of respondent no.4 are major and are of marriageable age and no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4 opposing the writ petition, the impugned FIR dated 23.6.2025 in Case Crime No.0478 of 2025, under Sections 87, 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station Pipraich, District Gorakhpur is quashed. 6. The writ petition is allowed. 7. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 8.
