The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 17.01.2025 sent by Judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur (C.G.) requesting for extension of further time for disposal of Criminal Case No.16603/2023 pending before her. Vide order dated 10.07.2024 of this Court passed in Cr.M.P. No.1801/2024, on the request letter dated 14.06.2024 of the Trial Court, three months’ time was granted to the Trial Court for disposal of Criminal Case No.16603/2023. Vide order dated 24.10.2024 of this Court passed in Cr.M.P. No.2820/2024, on the request letter dated 01.10.2024 of the Trial Court, three months’ further time was granted for disposal of the said case. 3. Thereafter, by order dated 06.12.2024, passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s).16617/2024 (M.A. Naeem Vs. State of Chhattisgarh), the direction has been issued to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. 4. In view of above, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as per the direction issued by Hon’ble the Supreme Court vide order dated 06.12.2024, passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.)
