Mr. Arvind Srivastava III, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, impugned are orders dated 15th January, 2024 and 24th December, 2024 of the Waqf Board. His client by Writ C no.- 22485 of 2024, disposed of by co-ordinate Bench on order dated 26th September, 2024 had sought consideration of his representation dated 6th June, 2023. From impugned orders it is apparent the representation was not considered. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Punit Kumar Gupta, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 4 (the Waqf Board). Mr. Anubhav Chandra, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. Respondent no.3 goes unrepresented on revised call. 3. Mr. Gupta submits, said earlier order dated 15th January, 2024 of his client was not set aside. In the circumstances, the reiteration by order dated 24th December, 2024 was in order. He opposes the writ petition. 4. The Board appears to have not understood purport of said order dated 26th September, 2024 (supra). It is so because the order does not say the Board had told the Court, it had already passed order approving respondent no.3 as the Managing Committee, on order dated 15th January, 2024. In the circumstances, the Court directed consideration of petitioner's representation dated 6th June, 2023, regarding his contention Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arvind Srivastava Iii Counsel for Respondent(s) : Anurag Dubey, C.S.C., Punit Kumar Gupta Tarik Nizami .....Petitioner(s) U.P. Sunni Central Waqf Board, Lucknow And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) on approval of the Managing Committee. 5. Impugned orders are set aside. Petitioner's said representation dated 6th June, 2023 be considered by the Board and reasoned order passed, to be informed to petitioner within four weeks of communication. For the purpose the Board will notice both petitioner and private respondent no.3. 6. Petitioner will communicate certified copy of this order along with copy of his representation dated 6th June, 2023 to respondent no.1. 7. The writ petition is disposed of.
