2. The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50714 of 2025.
3. It is submitted that while extending the privilege of anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners, one of the conditions has been imposed by this Court that ‘one of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72237 of 2025(2) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 bailros shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners’. Since none of the family members of the petitioners have landed property, they are unable to furnish their bail bond(s) and sureties and thus a modification has been sought for that the bailors may be the friends of the petitioners.
4. In view of the submissions advanced, the order dated 11.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50714 of 2025 is modified to the extent that ‘ the bailors may be the friends of the petitioners’.
5. The period of surrender be further extended for four weeks from today.
6. The present modification application stands allowed.
