1. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties both the writ petitions shall stand disposed of by this common order.
2. The present writ petitions have been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow petitioners to appear in their respective examination of 10th and 12th class. It is submitted that the petitioners are regular students of respondent No.4 school and no fault attributed to the MOHD AYUBpetitioners by CBSE in impugned order dated 01.12.2025. Further direction 2026.07.10 15:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
CWP-38067-2025 (O&M) & CWP-39033-2025 (O&M) -2- to the CBSE to open list of candidates (LOC) portal for petitioners and respondent No.4. And a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 01.12.2025 issued by respondents-CBSE, whereby, the admission of petitioners has been rejected.
3. Vide order dated 24.12.2025, the petitioners were provisionally allowed to appear in the examination of 10th and 12th. And after the appearance, they have received the Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) also and that too after the directions issued by this Court vide order dated
03.07.2026.
4. In view of the same, nothing survives in both the writ petitions and the same are hereby dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
5. Dismissed as infructuous.
6. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also
