Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents No. 3 and 4 to declare the result of bid of E-tender (Reference No. 809/N.P.AN.SO/ E.NI.SU./2024-25) prior to the expiry of bid validity i.e. 15.07.2025 (approximately). II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure No. 3 to the Writ Petition) within a short and stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.” 3. Sri Saurabh Tiwari, on instructions, which is taken on record, states that certain complaints were received against the tender and on enquiry, it was found that the tender notice was illegal. Consequently, the report was submitted to the District Magistrate, Sonbhadra and, thereafter, the tender was cancelled by the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Anpara, Sonbhadra on 21.07.2025. A copy of cancellation of tender and other records is taken on record. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, the relief prayed for, cannot be granted. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.
