Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. The petitioner is a complainant. On his complaint proceedings were initiated against the elected Pradhan/respondent no.5-Smt. Sheela Devi, thereafter District Magistrate, Mathura issued a show cause notice to the respondent no.5 seeking her explanation in the matter vide show cause notice dated 23.10.2024. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and Sri Avinash Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.4. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Mathura to take a decision in the matter expeditiously and preferably within three months in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
