Misc. application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10906 of 2024 in paragraph no.6, line no.5 of page no.2/3. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to miscommunication of the pairvikar of Cr. Misc. No. 10906 of 2024, wrong P.S. Case number has been typed in paragraph no.6, line no.5 of page no.2/3 of the order dated 22.02.2024 as Rajapakar P.S. Case No.217 of 2023 in place of Rajapakar P.S. Case No.272 of 2022. As such, in the order sheet, Rajapakar P.S. Case No.217 of 2023 has been typed which requires modification. Counsel further submits that such mistake is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73400 of 2024(3) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 basically an inadvertent mistake. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that as per the pleading, Rajapakar P.S. Case No.217 of 2023 has been wrongly typed in the order sheet in place of Rajapakar P.S. Case No.272 of 2022 due to miscommunication of the pairvikar of petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 10906 of 2024. 5. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, let the Rajapakar P.S. Case No.217 of 2023 in paragraph no.6, line no.5 of page no.2/3 of the order dated 22.02.2024 be read as Rajapakar P.S. Case No.272 of 2022. 6. With the aforesaid directions, the present Cr. Misc. application is hereby allowed and order dated 22.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10906 of 2024 is hereby modified up to that extent.
