After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the benefit of appearing in the 2nd year examination of B.V.Sc and A.H. has been given to one Pankaj Kumar, who was similarly situated as the petitioner qua the attendance of Lectures, the petitioner should also be treated in the same manner so as to avoid discrimination between both the students hence, the petitioner wants to move the representation to respondent No. 2-University and the respondent No. 2-University be directed to decide the said representation within a period of three days. 2. Notice of motion. 3. Mr. T.P.S.
