A modification petition has been filed stating that he is a student having education in Rajasthan and as such, the condition nos. 2 and 3 be diluted. 3. So far as the appearance before the Trial Court is concerned, the petitioner cannot claim that only because he is a student, cannot appear in the trial. As such, the said prayer is rejected. 4. So far as the condition regarding visiting the Police Station is concerned, taking into account that he is a student in the Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur and it may not be possible for him to attend the same, the said condition no.
