Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.12.2024 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division) Kanpur Dehat by which the application for interim injunction filed by the respondent has been allowed. 3. Against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of C.P.C. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy as available to them under law. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
