Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S Case No. 05/2025 for the offence under sections 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of Shri P.N. Upadhyay, learned. J.M.F.C, Palamau. On 13.01.2025 at about 02:10 P.M., Chhatarpur police intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number CG-13N- 1733 from outside the police station and apprehended the petitioner and co- accused. On enquiry, it transpired that the motorcycle on which the petitioner was travelling was stolen one. It was submitted that the motorcycle belonged to one Kuldip Baitha and he had given the motorcycle to the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph 11 of this bail application. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri P.N.
