The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned First Information Report dated 09.06.2025 in Case Crime No.137 of 2025, Under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Sandeepanghat, Distrut Kaushambi. 3. The Additional Government Advocate states that charge sheet has already been filed in the present case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition has become infructuous. 5. It has been stated that the petitioners and the complainant i.e. respondent no.4 have entered into compromise and the complainant does not want to prosecute the petition. 6. The petitioners have the remedy to approach before the concerned court under Section 359 B.N.S.S. 7. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
