To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or directing the respondents police to consider the representation dated 14.07.2025 produced at Annexure-F and thereby render necessary police protection to the Panchayath Development Officer, Hindasagere, C.S.Pura Hobli, Gubbi Taluk to depute required policemen, police force police to implement, an order of High Court in W.P.No.26856/2024 (GM-Res-Pil) b. And to grant such other relief/s for deems fit grant in the facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioners is that necessary police protection has not been given to the Panchayat Development Officer [PDO] to discharge his duties. 3. Learned AGA submits that whenever PDO has sought for police protection, same has been provided and in future also, would be so provided.
