The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 525 of 2024 arising out of Birni P.S. Case No.130 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3/4/6 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act and charge has been framed under Sections 306/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 / 4 of the Prevention of Witch (Daain) Practices Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased, who is alleged to have been poisoned to death. F.S.L. report earlier called for, has been received. It appears that no poison was found in the viscera of the deceased. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih, in connection with S.T.
