Das, ASC CORAM: JUSTICE V. NARASINGH Order No. ORDER 13.11.2025 01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsels for the State. 2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.526 of 2025 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.-II, Puri arising out of Baselisahi P.S. Case No.131 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 331(4)/ 115(2)/ 118(1)/109/ 351(2)/ 3(5)of BNS and read with Section 25 of the Arms Act. 3. This is the second journey of the Petitioners to this Court. Earlier this Court by order dated 13.10.2025 in ABLAPL No.9664 of 2025 directed them to surrender and move for bail. 4. It is further submitted by the learned counsel that in the meanwhile the co-accused has since been released on bail. Hence, the Petitioners may be protected by pre-arrest bail. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer. 6. Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for pre-arrest bail. However, in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned Court in seisin and moves an application for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit. 7.
