He submitted that, the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Petition, as repeated adjournments are being sought. 3) Perusal of record prima-facie supports the contention of the Petitioner.

Advocate Mr. Shroff expressed his inability to assist the Court in hearing of the Petition, for want of instructions from his client. 4) In view thereof, it appears to us that, the Petitioner is not seriously interested in pursuing the Petition. 5) Dismissed for want of prosecution.
