The Interim Application is filed for condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the First Appeal. The Appeal is filed by the Insurance Company making out the grounds of delay in the Paragraph No.19 of the Application. According to the Appellant, the Company being a big Organization, it requires certain formalities to be undertaken and completed before filing of Appeal. Hence, there is delay in filing the Appeal, which is not intentional. The reasons for delay are satisfactory explained by the Appellant.
