The grievance of the petitioners is regarding delay in payment of the honorarium to them for teaching coaching classes under Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana for academic sessions 2023- 2024. 2. Submission is that the respondents have duly taken work from the petitioners but payment has not been made. 3. Having regard to the nature of grievance, we dispose of the petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent No.3 along with true attested copy of the instant order within two weeks from today and in which event, the representation as may be filed by the petitioners shall be decided by respondent No. 3 by a speaking order within next four weeks.
