Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Manjhari P.S Case No. 04/2025 for the offence under sections, 303(2)/317(2)/338/336(3)/340(2)/3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of Ms. Pooja Pandey, learned J.M. 1st Class at Chaibasa.
On 22.01.2025 at about 02:00 P.M., Manjhari police apprehended this petitioner from a place near Pharmacy College, Batigutu, while he was loading stolen pipes on his truck.
Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was hired by co-accused whose mobile number has been mentioned in the FIR. It was further submitted that the petitioner was not the aware of the fact that the pipes which were being loaded on his truck were stolen property.
It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Pooja Pandey, learned J.M. 1st Class at Chaibasa or her successor in connection with Manjhari P.S Case No. 04/2025.
