Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 27.03.2025 passed by Civil Judge (S.D.), Meerut on the application of 6c2 filed by the petitioner in Original Suit No. 895 of 2023 (Pradeep Kumar Bansal Vs. Pankaj Bansal). ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing direct the respondents concerned not to interfere in peaceful use and possession over House No.63/78 situated Muraripuram Garh Road Meerut from his share." 3. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 27.03.2025 rejecting the application for interim injunction paper no.6-C under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC filed by the petitioner. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has right to file an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1-r CPC. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6.
