The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there were several illegalities while conducting the election. That is not an issue which can be gone into in these writ petitions. If at all, there is any grievance on the election conducted, it can only be questioned separately in accordance with law. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in these writ petitions.
