The elementary education comes to an end the moment a student passes Class 8th. The instant writ petition has been preferred in the year 2014, and more than ten years have passed thereafter, hence under these circumstances, no cause of action [2025:RJ-JP:21165] (2 of 2) [CW-4777/2014] survives with the petitioner to continue with this writ petition, hence the same is dismissed as rendered infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed.
