The petitioner through the medium of the instant petition is seeking quashment of order, by virtue of which, the petitioner is alleged to have been shifted from Sub Jail Baramulla to Kotbhalwal. However, no such order has been placed on record, for which, writ of Certiorari has been sought. Therefore, on this ground alone, the writ petition is not maintainable. 2. When learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the maintainability of the instant writ petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one if fresh cause of action is accrued. 3.
