Nikhil, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the IMC, has pointed out that the subject matter in another writ petition being WP(C) No. 170 of 2025 has already been filed and vide order dated 28-02-2025, this Court passed an interim order in favour of the petitioner therein. It is also pointed out that the petitioner in WP(C) No. 170 of 2025 is not impleaded as party respondent in the present case. Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel for the IMC, submits that all similar matters challenging the cancellation of the parking licences be heard together to avoid any contradictory findings. Mr. N. Bupenda Meitei, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one. Recording the submissions made at the Bar, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised. MC(WP(C)) No. 170 of 2025 is also disposed of.
