Order dated 17.07.2025 is hereby recalled and substituted by following order:- "It is contended that against the order passed cancelling the lease granted in favour of respondent no.4, respondent no.4 had preferred a revision, which is pending consideration. According to petitioner's counsel, the interim order has been granted in the said revision. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the revision which is pending consideration, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
