The petitioner has come up in the present petition with a sole prayer that a direction be issued to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shahar, District Jaunpur to decide the Suit No.1 of 2019 (Shanti Swaroop Vs. Smt. Lalli Devi), CNR No. UPJP0600062019 expeditiously, within a time bound period. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Shahar, District Jaunpur to decide the Suit No.1 of 2019 (Shanti Swaroop Vs. Smt. Lalli Devi), CNR No. UPJP0600062019 pending before him expeditiously, preferably within a period of eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit. 4. In case, if any adjournment is inevitable, the authority concerned may grant the same by imposing heavy cost which may not be less than Rs.1,000/-.
