1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 12.07.2024 passed in WPC No. 3109/2024 (Annexure C/1). Vide order dated 12.07.2024, this Court has passed the following
order/direction:-
“5. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised, submission of the counsel for the respective parties, further that this Court is not deciding the rights of the parties, therefore, this court is of the opinion to dispose of this writ petition, at this stage, directing the Respondent No. 2 and 7 to take all necessary steps to take possession of the mortgaged property as mentioned in the order dated 16.08.2021(Annexure P/1) and the memo dated 14.03.2024 (Annexure P/3) issued by the Respondent
2 no. 2/Tehsiildar expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order, if there is no stay or alteration of the order, if there is no stay or alteration of the order dated 16.08.2021.”

Learned counsel for the respondents placed on record documents related to compliance of the order of this court in WPC No. 3109 of 2024. He further contended that the order of this court has fully been complied with.
3. On bare perusal of the documents produced by the counsel for the respondent, it transpires that the order of this court has been complied with and there remains no willful disobedience/non-compliance of the order dated 12.07.2024 passed in WPC No. 3109/2024.
