The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.84 of 2025 arising out of Dhansar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.252 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 307, 387, 337, 427, 506, 148/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26, 35, 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad. On 26.02.2024, the petitioner along with co-accused persons had opened fire outside the house of the informant. They were asking to stop work till demand of rangdari was fulfilled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that allegation of demand of rangdari is very vague and no one has sustained injury in the said offence. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dhanbad, in connection with S.T. Case No.84 of 2025 arising out of Dhansar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.252 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
