Mr. Akhil Kamra, AAG, Punjab. *** VIKRAM AGGARWAL, J (ORAL) The sole grievance in the instant contempt petition is that despite issuance of directions in CRM-M-44143-2020, investigation in FIR No.224, dated 07.12.2023 registered at Police Station Khanna City-2 under Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 has not been completed. 2. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub- Inspector Talwinder Singh, SHO, Police Station City-2, Khanna, submits that investigation stands concluded and final report had been submitted to the Court concerned on 17.07.2025. 3. That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no grievance subsists, at this stage and he does not press the present contempt petition. 4. Dismissed as not having been pressed. Rule stands discharged. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
