THE PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED: CONCILIATION ORDER The writ petition is filed assailing the award dated 22.12.2020 in Complaint No.28/2015 on the file of Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru. The award is questioned by the workman. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent are present. 3. Learned counsel for the workman and the learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation jointly submit that the dispute is settled and the parties have reduced the terms of the settlement in the joint memo. 4. The joint memo reads as under:- "JOINT MEMO The WP filed against the award in Comp No.28/2015 dated 22.12.2020 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Bangaluru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 3 1. The Respondent Corporation to reinstate the petitioner workman into service without continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement. 2. Pending default cases if any which are filed will be reopened. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms." 5. The joint memo is taken on record. 6. This Court has perused the terms of the settlement. This Court does not find any impediment to accept the terms of the settlement.
