No. 110 of 2019, under Sections- 323, 504 IPC, Police Station- Khajni, District- Gorakhpur. 3. The Non-cognizable Report was lodged against the petitioner in year 2019 under Section 323 and 504 IPC. Pursuant to the same, if no investigation has taken place, the petitioner may take recourse to such action as might be available under the laws. 4. No interference is warrant.
