In view of the above, Mr. Shah submits that the Writ Petition has worked out. 4. If that be so, we do not find any justification, either to keep the Writ Petition pending or open the sealed envelope. 5. The Writ Petition is, therefore, closed. 6. We hope and trust that the learned Court below will expedite the disposal of the matter. 7. Registry may dispose of the report contained in the sealed cover. 8.
