BAJANTHRI) 3 24-01-2025 The present MJC is arising out of order dated 04.04.2024 passed in LPA No. 504 of 2021, in para 11, it is Patna High Court MJC No.3305 of 2024(3) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 ordered as under:- “The concerned respondent is hereby directed to consider the appellant’s name for selection and appointment on par with such of those persons who are similarly situated and who have been selected and appointed prior to Kapil Kumar vs. State of Bihar and Ors. judgment within a period of three months from the receipt of the judgment in so far as appellant is concerned.” 2. The respondents have taken a decision on 28.06.2024 and the same has been placed on record to Annexure-A to the show-cause.
